I've had this mix on the burner for a few months now. You'll notice that though this is July, this is my June Mix on the site. I've been super busy but I also wanted to get this mix right. It's a New Jack Swing and I'm really happy with it. There are a TON of songs that just had to be left off or else it would be December before I put this up.

My teenage and formative years fell in the 1990's and New Jack Swing was a big part of that. MTV Jams, Video Soul and pretty much every song on the radio had the characteristics of New Jack Swing which Wikipedia defines as the "rhythms, samples and production techniques of hip-hop and dance-pop with the urban contemporary sound of R&B." I made the mix one single MP3 so the full breadth of the genre can be enjoyed...and I hope you do just that.
